Colin Samson

Chief Executive Officer

Colin worked his early years at Cadbury and DB before leaving the Corporate world and venturing into the private sector. Funnily enough his first foray was with Incentive Solutions for 3 years back in 2006 before moving to Corporate Cabs.

After 10 years it was time for a change and he is now back at Incentive Solutions as Chief Executive.

He is passionate about helping companies large and small, grow their business using the latest loyalty and engagement practices.

David Harwood

Chief Global Strategist

An entrepreneur at heart, David has spent 20 years building Incentive Solutions into the leading B2B Loyalty marketing company in NZ. With ISL achieving an increasing presence in Australia and the USA, he has decided to step aside as leader of Incentive Solutions and focus on specific clients and growing the business in Australia and the US.

With David being “unshackled” by day to day business operations, Customer Link Group will enter a growth phase that will see the overall business increase significantly in the coming few years. Watch this space!

David Higgs

CTO

David has worked in the IT industry in New Zealand and the UK for over 25 years.

Previously he has worked for Cable & Wireless (UK) as a DBA and web-developer, EDS for the British Airways Engineering desktop refresh Y2K compliance project team, and Coca-Cola Schweppes (UK) as part of the customer database migration team.

Prior to working in the IT sector, he has run restaurants, pubs and hotels; trained as a high-school science teacher and worked six summers in the US teaching ceramics. David brings a wealth of varied knowledge from many fields!

He has worked in the loyalty marketing for the over 15 years.

Jo Ropitini

CFO

Jo has over 25 years experience in accounting in New Zealand and Australia, starting as Accounts Payable Clerk for Revlon, and more recently as Management Accountant for House of Travel's Product division.

She is currently studying Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University.

Jo joined Incentive Solutions in July 2011.

Donna Hayes

Donna leads the team that make the magic happen for our programme members on a daily basis, ensuring the team consistently exceed customer expectations.

She has over 35 years' experience in sales and client relations. She is passionate about the members having the best experience possible.

Glenn Shaw

Client and New Business Director

As a marketing and sales professional with 19+ years of experience, Glenn has a genuine passion for understanding peoples motivations and drivers. Creating and delivering programmes which maximise engagement and impact for our clients.

Glenn is formally qualified in Advertising and Marketing and has worked in Loyalty Marketing across New Zealand, Asia and Australia. Creating Incentive and Loyalty programmes for many iconic national and global organisations, and working with clients to create positive behavioural change and improve bottom line business performance.

Gerard Wade

Account Manager

Gerard joined Incentive Solutions with the Premium Group Marketing merger where he had been managing accounts and clients for 5 years.

He brought with him 15 years of marketing experience from a variety of sectors including the energy storage sector and the automotive sector.

He now manages our clients, liaises with programme partners and stakeholders and goes looking for new business partners.

Stacey Palmer

Supplier Executive

Stacey is our reward sourcing specialist with 13+ years experience in corporate buying. Stacey works strategically with suppliers on purchase negotiations, current trends and market analysis as well as managing our reward catalogue and EDM campaigns.

Stacey has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University. On weekends she dons a tool belt and renovates.

Catherine Barwood

Travel Director

Catherine has over thirty years experience in the Travel Industry, including twenty years in the Incentives and Conference market (she began very young!). She has organised and managed events for groups from as small as 16 to more than 500 to destinations including Fiji, Tahiti, Vanuatu, Australia, USA, South America, Mauritius, South Africa, Vietnam, United Kingdom, France and many others. This includes all travel, accommodation and event programmes.

Catherine has a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing in Service Industries from the University of California, Berkeley (U.C.B.). Her interests include sport, the theatre, food, wine, entertaining and of course travel. And surprisingly, there are still a few destinations left on her bucket list.

Mike Capizzi

Advisor

Mike is the founder and principal consultant at Marketing Strategists LLC, an independent consulting practice assisting service providers and end-user client organizations with their loyalty marketing programs. He has served on the advisory board since 2008 and currently helps manage clients and programs in the US and Caribbean regions. A veteran of the loyalty marketing and CRM industries, Mike previously served as Vice President of the COLLOQUY Group (1999-2005) and Vice President, Marketing and Sales support for Convergys Corp. (1990-1999). He holds a BBA, Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an MA, Media from New York University. A Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional, Mike currently serves as the Dean of the Loyalty Academy, a global educational and research institution dedicated to the loyalty marketing discipline.
